Our Finnish federation has rebranded from HPL to Henkilöstöala (HELA), Employment Industry Finland in English. As the employer and industry association for companies providing private employment services; Henkilöstöala aims to improve the business prerequisites for the sector and its member companies. It is responsible for drafting the code of conduct and general terms and conditions for the sector, as well as negotiating collective agreements.

We believe that Artificial Intelligence (AI) can help human beings facilitate their journey in the labour market. The purpose of this document is to memorialize our position as an industry on the responsible and ethical use of Artificial Intelligence as a standard across our industry, recognizing that the evolving nature of Artificial Intelligence requires that this is a living set of principles that will be adapted over time.
