“We are delighted to become WEC’s ‘Legal & Regulatory Partner’ and believe this will foster a fruitful exchange of ideas between Ius Laboris and WEC members and that the expertise of our global alliance will be of benefit to all,” says Deborah Ishihara, Head of Content at Ius Laboris.
“We cover the whole gamut of employment issues including, diversity & inclusion, data privacy, pay and benefits, corporate restructuring, health & safety and ESG and we can support WEC members on anything from an international project spanning a number of countries to drafting an individual employment contract.”
Ius Laboris is an alliance of law firms operating in 56 countries. It has been consistently recognised as the world’s leading legal service provider in employment, immigration and pensions law, with, for example, an average Chambers ranking of 1.54 in 56 countries – by far the highest in the market.
Ius Laboris is the fourth company to join the WEC community as an ‘Affiliate Partner’, a new offering proposed by the World Employment Confederation to vendors and suppliers relevant to the HR services industry who align with the confederation’s principles. It is however the first partner to specialize in legal and regulatory knowledge. With employment legislation and regulatory frameworks being key drivers for the growth of the HR services sector, having the most complete intelligence on those developments is essential for WEC’s advocacy work and the partnership with Ius Laboris will complement WEC’s internal resources.
Welcome to the community Ius Laboris!
