Fee Structure and Membership Requirements

National federation members are national associations representative of the employment industry in their respective countries. Ordinarily, only one national or multinational association in each country or relevant geographic area can be a member of the World Employment Confederation. However, in extraordinary circumstances, the World Employment Confederation’s General Assembly may decide to grant membership to more than one association in order to achieve adequate representation of the industry at the national level.

All National Federations based in Europe are also part of the World Employment Confederation-Europe.

WEC National Federation Members are required to meet and uphold the conditions outlined in the WEC Code of Conduct.

How to join

The WEC prides itself on the high quality of its membership base. In order to maintain this high quality, we adopt the following process for a membership application:

  1. A completed registration form is submitted by the potential National Federation member.
  2. The WEC’s Head office will consider the application and assess whether the candidate will meet the criteria for membership.
  3. If the criteria are successfully met, the application will be taken to the Board.
  4. Once the Board approves your membership request, your application will be taken to the General Assembly for ratification.
