The World Employment Confederation elects two new Board Members

Susanne Wissfeld and Ranjit de Soussa were elected as new members of the Board of the World Employment Confederation by the global General Assembly.

Mr. Ranjit de Sousa has been Executive Vice President of Europe, Middle East & Africa at Lee Hecht Harrison, one of the global divisions of the Adecco Group since June 5, 2016. Prior to that, he worked as a Partner and Strategy Consultant at Ziel Consulting. From 2002 to 2005, he also served as an Assistant Lecturer at Swiss public and private law at the University of St. Gallen. He is based in Zurich.

Susanne Wissfeld is Managing Director Operations of Randstad Germany since 2001. She joined the global recruitment giant in 1999 where she held several regional managerial roles, as Branch Manager, District Manager and Regional Director successively taking over operations across regions in Germany in Rhein-Mitte, Mitte, Business Area North and Business Area South. Susanne is currently based in Berlin.

Annemarie Muntz, the President of the World Employment Confederation welcomed both members on board and said she was looking forward to work collectively to address current and future challenges and opportunities in the continually dynamic and evolving world of work.
