Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, has confirmed the list of speakers and the full agenda for the 6th Annual Executive Forum Europe, taking place in London this November.

Executive Forum Europe is the premier staffing event for European business leaders, attracting top executives, management and expertise; and offering critical insights and ample networking. This year’s two-day Forum offers sessions under the theme of Breakthrough Leadership, with hard-hitting insights and strategies to take growth, and leadership, to the next level.

SIA’s Executive Director of Global Research John Nurthen opens the conference in a welcome keynote that looks at Leading Today and Leading Tomorrow and draws on SIA’s latest research to explore the changing shape of the industry, the keys to success today, and what it will take to be among the leaders in the future.

Ramon Vullings, speaker, author, cross-industry expert and ideaDJ, discusses the importance of cross-over cooperation between silos and sectors and explains how effective collaborations and partnerships can help generate new solutions in a special keynote presentation on Using Creativity and Innovation to Lead in the Digital Age.

The conference hosts tracks for both large companies and small- and medium-sized enterprises and covers topics such as digital transformation, curating talent, customer loyalty, international staffing markets and M&A along with the annual conference lunch for Women in Staffing.

Concluding the Executive Forum is The Big Debates, a debate-style session in which teams argue three important strategic issues affecting the staffing industry related to innovation, legislation and advancing technology and during which the audience is invited to share their opinions via an interactive voting poll. The session, moderated by SIA President Barry Asin, features Tim Cook, Group Chief Executive, nGAGE Specialist Recruitment LTD, Rudi Sellers, Associate Partner, IBM iX, Simon Whitehead, Partner- Head of Recruitment Sector, Brabners LLP, Will Winch, Legal Director, Mishcon de Reya LLP, Neil Carberry, Chief Executive, The Recruitment & Employment Confederation, and Martin Thomas, Head of Total Workforce Strategy, Philips.

“This year’s Executive Forum Europe focuses on the empowerment of high-performance executive leadership and breaking through barriers to personal and organisational growth,” said Barry Asin, SIA President. “Our 2019 program examines the strategic and tactical intelligence essential for leaders looking to accelerate their growth and stay competitive in the global talent marketplace and presents expert views from across the industry and workforce solutions ecosystem. I look forward to welcoming attendees next month in London and exploring strategies for driving performance and growth.”

Business leaders named to the 2019 Staffing 100 Europe and the Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing International 50 lists will also be honoured during the conference for their achievements and contributions to the world of work.
