At times of uncertainty, it’s good to be able to rely on a community of like-minded partners and get support and advice to face labour market evolutions. At the beginning of 2023, the World Employment Confederation had the pleasure to welcome four new corporate members: two in Europe, Hofmann Personal and Parakar, and two in Latin America, Bayton and Arch.
Let’s meet our new European corporate members!
Hofmann Personal is a German-based company established in 1985 and operating in Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Italy, and Slovakia. Hofmann offers several HR services such as temporary employment, recruitment, on-site management and outplacement. Offering more than “just” personnel services, the company places great emphasis on high quality of services and strong customer orientation as well as on social responsibility. Outside of Europe, the company has also a strong presence in the United States.
Parakar Group is a Dutch company founded in 2002, with offices across Europe (Dublin, Cologne, Breda, Paris and Barcelona). Parakar provides a wide range of services in the area of globally outsourced HR- and payroll management, including employer of record service, umbrella work permit service, payroll service or professional employment outsourcing.
